Englewood Accelerator

One of the greatest needs of Englewood is the return of it’s vibrant business community. It is home to many entrepreneurs, artists and urban fa rms. Englewood Accelerator is a state –of-the-art business accelerator that offers customized business development to small business . Benefits include one-on-one business assistance, workshops, technical training, Networking, free copy and print services, video conference room, great coffee and snacks in positive, upbeat, professional environment.

Doors are open Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Wednesdays 9:00am – 6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm


63rd Street Market

The goal of GECDC is to facilitate the development of a vibrant community market on Englewood’s rich history, while serving the needs of modern-day residents and destination shoppers. This market will uniquely provide local employment and entrepreneurial opportunities. In addition to offering fresh produce, the market will especially support the vibrant, local food producers and craftsman that exists.

Market starts: Friday, June 15, 2016 – 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, there will be an open market and Prepared Food every Wednesday, Thursday with a full farmers Market on Friday.


Englewood Work

Workforce development is the organic pathway to economic development. YouthTech is a partnership with Microsoft and Cisco Network Academy that offers technical training to high schoolers and their parents. Once enrolled, participants learn all levels of technology, hardware and software. Students will have access to learning modules that cover basic business applications to programing. Upon completion, participants can pursue a variety of career path ways.

Business and Industry are the broad and narrow aspects of enterprise. Our industry coaching processes teach the intricate details of how to start and grow a business in various industries. The goal is to prepare business owners for what is next , fine-tuned for their ability and budget while providing them with development tools and a vision for what is next.
